Instructions
- Whisk mayonnaise and mustard until smooth.
- Stir in horseradish, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Add garlic, Cajun seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Mix in hot sauce to taste.
- Fold in relish or capers for texture.
- Taste and adjust spice or acidity.
