Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Creole or Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Hot sauce to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons pickle relish or capers
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley or green onions (optional)

Instructions

  1. Whisk mayonnaise and mustard until smooth.
  2. Stir in horseradish, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Add garlic, Cajun seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Mix in hot sauce to taste.
  5. Fold in relish or capers for texture.
  6. Taste and adjust spice or acidity.
  7. Chill 15–30 minutes before serving for best flavor.
