Ingredients
- White chocolate liqueur (1 oz)
- Raspberry liqueur (1 oz)
- Whipped cream (1 tbsp)
- Fresh or puréed raspberries (optional for layering)
- Ice (optional for shaking)
- Chocolate shavings (optional topping)
Instructions
- Pour raspberry liqueur into the bottom of a small glass.
- Slowly pour white chocolate liqueur over the back of a spoon to create a creamy upper layer.
- Add a small spoonful of raspberry purée if you want added texture.
- Top with a generous swirl of whipped cream.
- Finish with chocolate shavings or raspberry dust.
- Serve immediately as a fun dessert-style shot.
- For a colder version, shake the white chocolate liqueur with ice before layering.
