Ingredients

- 2 cups Brown sugar
- 1 cup Butter
- 1/2 cup Corn syrup
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 4 cups Chex cereal
- 2 cups Pretzels
- 1 cup Pecans
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 250°F and spread cereal, pretzels, and pecans in a large roasting pan.
- In a saucepan, melt butter with brown sugar and corn syrup; bring to a gentle boil.
- Cook for 3 minutes, then remove from heat and stir in vanilla and baking soda (mixture will foam).
- Pour the warm praline sauce evenly over the snack mix, tossing to coat.
- Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes for even caramelization.
- Spread onto parchment to cool completely.
- Break into clusters and store airtight.
