- 1 package (8 oz / 225 g) cream cheese, softened
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 2 cups white chocolate chips, melted
- Blue food coloring
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup shredded coconut (optional, for coating)
- White or silver sprinkles for garnish
Instructions
- Beat softened cream cheese until smooth; slowly mix in powdered sugar until thick and creamy.
- Stir in vanilla extract and fold in ½ cup melted white chocolate.
- Chill mixture 20–30 minutes to firm slightly.
- Roll into truffle balls and freeze 15 minutes.
- Tint remaining melted white chocolate with blue food coloring.
- Dip each chilled truffle into the blue coating and place on parchment.
- Top with white/silver sprinkles while still wet; refrigerate until fully set.
Notes
- Chilling the mixture helps in rolling the truffles easily.
- Feel free to adjust the amount of blue food coloring to achieve your desired shade.
- Shredded coconut can be used for an extra layer of texture.
