Smooth, festive blue-dipped truffles with a creamy white chocolate filling and snowy sprinkles.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package (8 oz / 225 g) cream cheese, softened
  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips, melted
  • Blue food coloring
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup shredded coconut (optional, for coating)
  • White or silver sprinkles for garnish

Instructions

  1. Beat softened cream cheese until smooth; slowly mix in powdered sugar until thick and creamy.
  2. Stir in vanilla extract and fold in ½ cup melted white chocolate.
  3. Chill mixture 20–30 minutes to firm slightly.
  4. Roll into truffle balls and freeze 15 minutes.
  5. Tint remaining melted white chocolate with blue food coloring.
  6. Dip each chilled truffle into the blue coating and place on parchment.
  7. Top with white/silver sprinkles while still wet; refrigerate until fully set.

Notes

  • Chilling the mixture helps in rolling the truffles easily.
  • Feel free to adjust the amount of blue food coloring to achieve your desired shade.
