Ingredients

  • Thick-cut bread (sourdough or Italian)
  • Unsalted butter
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Garlic
  • Shredded cheddar or provolone
  • Fresh parsley (finely chopped)

  • Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix softened butter with minced garlic, parsley, Parmesan, and a pinch of pepper.
  2. Spread garlic butter generously on one side of each bread slice.
