- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 box brownie mix (plus ingredients listed on box)
- 1 ½ cups flour
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 16 chocolate sandwich cookies (Oreo)
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line a 9×9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Prepare the cookie dough: mix butter, brown sugar, one egg, vanilla, and flour until combined; spread evenly in the pan.
- Arrange the Oreo cookies in a single layer over the cookie dough.
- Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions and pour over the Oreos.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips on top for extra indulgence.
- Bake 40–45 minutes until set but still gooey in the center. Cool before cutting into squares.
