Instructions
- Stir peanut butter and honey together until smooth and glossy.
- Mix in protein powder and oats (or crisp rice) until thick and sticky.
- Fold in chopped nuts for crunch.
- Press mixture firmly into a parchment-lined pan.
- Melt dark chocolate with coconut oil until silky.
- Pour and drizzle chocolate over the top, adding whole nuts and sea salt.
- Chill until set, then slice into bars.
