Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Flaky sea salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Stir peanut butter and honey together until smooth and glossy.
  2. Mix in protein powder and oats (or crisp rice) until thick and sticky.
  3. Fold in chopped nuts for crunch.
  4. Press mixture firmly into a parchment-lined pan.
  5. Melt dark chocolate with coconut oil until silky.
  6. Pour and drizzle chocolate over the top, adding whole nuts and sea salt.
  7. Chill until set, then slice into bars.
