Ingredients

  • 1 cup sliced dill pickles (patted dry)
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese, softened
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill (or 1 tsp dried)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Optional: pinch of red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C) and lightly oil a pizza pan or baking sheet.
  2. Roll out pizza dough into a 12-inch circle and brush edges with olive oil.
  3. In a small bowl, mix sour cream, cream cheese, garlic, dill, and black pepper until smooth.
  4. Spread the creamy dill sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border for the crust.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella evenly on top, then layer sliced dill pickles across the pizza.
  6. Bake for 12–15 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly with light browning.
  7. Cool slightly, sprinkle with extra dill if desired, slice, and serve warm.
