Ingredients
- Italian meatballs
- Heavy cream
- Sun-dried tomatoes

- Chicken or beef stock

- White cooking wine
- Kale or spinach

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot; brown meatballs until golden, then remove and set aside.
- Sauté garlic in the same pot until fragrant; stir in tomato paste and flour.
- Deglaze with white wine, scraping up flavor from the bottom.
- Add stock and sun-dried tomatoes; bring to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in pasta and cook until just tender.
- Return meatballs to the pot, add cream and greens, and simmer until silky.
- Finish with Parmesan, salt, and fresh herbs; serve hot.
Notes
- For a lighter version, use low-fat cream.
- Feel free to substitute spinach for kale if preferred.
