Description

A sunny twist on the classic tiramisu featuring layers of creamy mascarpone, soft ladyfingers, and juicy mango slices drizzled with golden mango puree.


Ingredients

  • 2 large ripe mangoes, diced
  • 1 cup mango puree (fresh or canned)
  • 8 oz mascarpone cheese
  • 1 ½ cups heavy cream
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 package ladyfingers
  • ½ cup coconut milk or milk (for dipping)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, beat mascarpone, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  2. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream to soft peaks and gently fold into mascarpone mixture.
  3. Dip ladyfingers quickly into coconut milk and layer them in a dish.
  4. Spread half the cream mixture and top with diced mango and a drizzle of puree.
  5. Repeat layers and finish with cream, fresh mango chunks, and more puree.
  6. Chill for at least 4 hours (overnight preferred).
  7. Serve cold for a creamy tropical dream in every bite.
