- 1 cup Heavy cream

- 1/2 cup Powdered sugar
- Chocolate curls for topping
Instructions
- Whip eggs and sugar until pale and fluffy, then fold in flour gently to keep the sponge light.
- Spread batter into a parchment-lined sheet pan and bake 10–12 minutes until just set.
- Roll the warm sponge in parchment to form its shape; let cool.
- Whip mascarpone, heavy cream, powdered sugar, vanilla, and a splash of espresso until thick and silky.
- Unroll cooled sponge, brush lightly with espresso, and spread with mascarpone filling.
- Re-roll into a log and frost the outside with remaining mascarpone cream.
- Dust with cocoa powder and finish with chocolate curls. Chill before slicing.
