Ingredients

  • Potato gnocchi
  • Marinara or tomato sauce
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Spinach
  • Ricotta or cream cheese
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Garlic
  • Olive oil
  • Italian seasoning
  • Basil

Instructions

  1. Sauté garlic in olive oil until fragrant.
  2. Add tomato sauce, seasoning, and fresh spinach; simmer until wilted.
  3. Stir in gnocchi directly (no need to pre-boil).
  4. Add dollops of ricotta or cream cheese, then top with mozzarella and Parmesan.
  5. Bake at 375°F for 20–25 minutes until bubbling and golden.
  6. Broil 1–2 minutes for extra browning.
  7. Finish with fresh basil and serve hot.

Notes
