Moist banana muffins with rich Nutella ribbons baked into every bite.
Ingredients

- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/2 cup Nutella
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup melted butter (or oil)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a bowl, whisk mashed bananas, eggs, sugar, melted butter, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
- In another bowl, mix flour, baking soda, and salt. Gently fold dry ingredients into wet until just combined.
- Fill muffin liners 3/4 full with batter. Add a spoonful of Nutella on top of each.
- Use a toothpick to swirl the Nutella into the batter for a marbled effect.
- Bake 18–22 minutes until a toothpick inserted (not into Nutella) comes out clean.
- Cool slightly and serve warm for gooey chocolate swirls.
Notes
- Ensure bananas are ripe for maximum sweetness.
- For a healthier option, substitute butter with oil.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
