- 2 Salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons Gochujang chili paste
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon Rice vinegar
- 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 2 Green onions (sliced)
- Sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat broiler on high and line a baking sheet with foil.
- Whisk gochujang, honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and garlic until smooth.
- Place salmon skin-side down on the sheet; pat dry.
- Brush generously with the glaze, reserving a little for finishing.
- Broil 6–8 minutes until caramelized and just cooked through.
- Brush with remaining glaze; rest 1 minute.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds; serve over rice.

- Adjust the amount of gochujang for desired spice level.
- Serve with steamed rice or vegetables for a complete meal.
