Description

A glossy, caramelized salmon with bold Korean-inspired heat and a touch of sweetness—fast, fiery, and weeknight-ready.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 Salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons Gochujang chili paste
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Rice vinegar
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 2 Green onions (sliced)
  • Sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat broiler on high and line a baking sheet with foil.
  2. Whisk gochujang, honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and garlic until smooth.
  3. Place salmon skin-side down on the sheet; pat dry.
  4. Brush generously with the glaze, reserving a little for finishing.
  5. Broil 6–8 minutes until caramelized and just cooked through.
  6. Brush with remaining glaze; rest 1 minute.
  7. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds; serve over rice.

  • Adjust the amount of gochujang for desired spice level.
