Ingredients

  • 4 Boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup Sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Hot sauce (like Diablo-style or cayenne-based)
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1/2 cup Chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar or lime juice
  • Sliced green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Season chicken on both sides with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
  2. Heat olive oil in a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat and sear chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until golden and slightly charred. Remove briefly.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Stir in sweet chili sauce, hot sauce, honey, chicken broth, and a splash of vinegar. Simmer until slightly thickened and glossy.
  5. Return chicken to the skillet and spoon sauce over the top. Simmer for 6–8 minutes until cooked through and coated.
  6. Let sauce reduce to a rich glaze consistency.
  7. Garnish with sliced green onions and serve hot with extra sauce spooned over.
