- 4 Boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup Sweet chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons Hot sauce (like Diablo-style or cayenne-based)
- 2 tablespoons Honey
- 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1/2 cup Chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar or lime juice
- Sliced green onions (for garnish)
Instructions
- Season chicken on both sides with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
- Heat olive oil in a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat and sear chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until golden and slightly charred. Remove briefly.
- In the same skillet, sauté garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Stir in sweet chili sauce, hot sauce, honey, chicken broth, and a splash of vinegar. Simmer until slightly thickened and glossy.
- Return chicken to the skillet and spoon sauce over the top. Simmer for 6–8 minutes until cooked through and coated.
- Let sauce reduce to a rich glaze consistency.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and serve hot with extra sauce spooned over.

- Adjust the level of hot sauce according to your spice preference.
- Serve with rice or vegetables for a complete meal.
