Tender homemade meatballs smothered in rich, savory gravy served on buttery egg noodles.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef (or beef/pork mix)
- 1 large egg
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 small onion, finely diced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
- Cooked egg noodles for serving
Instructions
- Mix ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs, onion, salt, and pepper. Shape into small meatballs.
- Heat butter in a skillet, brown meatballs on all sides until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, whisk flour into drippings to make a roux. Slowly add beef broth, whisking until smooth.
- Stir in cream and Worcestershire sauce, simmer until sauce thickens.
- Return meatballs to the pan, coat well in creamy gravy.
- Cook egg noodles until tender, then drain and lightly toss with butter.
- Serve meatballs over noodles, ladle extra gravy on top, garnish with fresh parsley.

- For a richer flavor, use a mix of beef and pork.
- Adjust seasoning according to taste.
