- ½ lb shrimp, seasoned and cooked
- 2 cups shredded cheese (Monterey Jack & cheddar blend)
- 1 large bag tortilla chips
- ½ cup guacamole
- ¼ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup diced jalapeños
- ¼ cup chopped cilantro
- Lime wedges for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange tortilla chips on a sheet pan and sprinkle half the cheese.
- Add grilled steak and shrimp evenly across the chips.
- Top with remaining cheese and bake 8–10 minutes until melted.
- Remove from oven and dollop guacamole and sour cream on top.
- Sprinkle with jalapeños and cilantro.
- Serve immediately with lime wedges on the side.
