Description

Thick, golden brioche slices filled with creamy sweetness and topped with fresh berries.


Ingredients

  • 6 thick slices of brioche bread
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries and strawberries
  • 3 large eggs
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp butter (for cooking)
  • Maple syrup and extra powdered sugar for serving

Instructions

  1. Whisk eggs, milk, and vanilla in a shallow bowl.
  2. Mix cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth.
  3. Spread the cream mixture between two brioche slices to form a sandwich.
  4. Dip both sides of the sandwich in the egg mixture until well-coated.
  5. Cook on a buttered skillet over medium heat, 2–3 minutes per side, until golden and crisp.
  6. Stack on a plate, drizzle with maple syrup, and dust with powdered sugar.
  7. Top with fresh berries and a sprig of mint.
