- 6 thick slices of brioche bread
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 cup fresh raspberries and strawberries
- 3 large eggs
- ½ cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp butter (for cooking)
- Maple syrup and extra powdered sugar for serving
Instructions
- Whisk eggs, milk, and vanilla in a shallow bowl.
- Mix cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth.
- Spread the cream mixture between two brioche slices to form a sandwich.
- Dip both sides of the sandwich in the egg mixture until well-coated.
- Cook on a buttered skillet over medium heat, 2–3 minutes per side, until golden and crisp.
- Stack on a plate, drizzle with maple syrup, and dust with powdered sugar.
- Top with fresh berries and a sprig of mint.
