- ¾ cup sugar
- ½ cup milk + 2 tbsp strawberry syrup
- 2 eggs

- Pink & white buttercream frosting
- Maraschino cherries & sprinkles for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line a cupcake pan with liners.
- Cream butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla.
- Mix in flour and baking powder, alternating with milk and strawberry syrup.
- Fill cupcake liners ¾ full and bake 18–20 minutes until golden.
- Cool completely, then core the center and fill with strawberry jam.
- Pipe swirls of pink and white frosting on top.
- Garnish each with a cherry and colorful sprinkles.
