Ingredients

  • ½ cup strawberry puree
  • ½ cup mango puree

  • Zest of 1 lime
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 3 cups powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. Prepare cake batter by mixing cake mix (or flour and sugar), eggs, oil, milk, and lime zest.
  3. Divide batter in half; fold strawberry puree into one half and mango puree into the other. Swirl gently in liners for a marbled look.
  4. Bake 18–22 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely.
  5. Beat butter until fluffy, then add powdered sugar and lime juice to create a smooth frosting.
  6. Pipe frosting generously onto cooled cupcakes.
  7. Garnish with fresh strawberry, mango cubes, and a small mint leaf for a vibrant finish.
