Ingredients

- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup fresh strawberries (sliced)
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream or whipped topping
- 1/2 cup strawberry sauce/pie filling
- 2 tbsp melted butter (optional for crumbs)
Instructions
- Beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Fold in whipped cream (or heavy cream whipped to soft peaks) to make a fluffy cheesecake filling.
- Layer graham crumbs in the bottom of clear cups.
- Spoon in a thick layer of cheesecake filling.
- Drizzle strawberry sauce generously down the sides and over the top.
- Add more crumbs for crunch.
- Finish with a pile of fresh sliced strawberries.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use full-fat cream cheese.
- Chill the cups for 30 minutes before serving for a firmer texture.
