Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Peel carrots and slice lengthwise into thick halves.
- Toss carrots with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Roast for 20 minutes until just tender.
- Melt butter with honey and garlic in a small pan until fragrant.
- Pour glaze over carrots, toss well, and roast 10–15 more minutes until sticky and caramelized.
Notes
