Description

A frightfully fun Halloween dinner with ‘eyeball’ meatballs peeking through saucy spaghetti!


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef or turkey
  • 8 oz Cooked spaghetti
  • 2 cups Marinara sauce
  • 12 Mozzarella pearls
  • 1/2 cup Sliced black olives
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with foil.
  2. Mix ground meat with garlic powder, salt, and pepper; form into medium meatballs.
  3. Bake meatballs for 20–25 minutes until cooked through.
  4. Heat marinara sauce in a large pan and toss in cooked spaghetti.
  5. Place meatballs on top and spoon sauce over each.
  6. Add a mozzarella pearl and olive slice on each meatball to create ‘eyeballs.’
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve warm for a spooky twist on pasta night!
