A frightfully fun Halloween dinner with ‘eyeball’ meatballs peeking through saucy spaghetti!
Ingredients

- 1 lb Ground beef or turkey
- 8 oz Cooked spaghetti
- 2 cups Marinara sauce
- 12 Mozzarella pearls
- 1/2 cup Sliced black olives
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with foil.
- Mix ground meat with garlic powder, salt, and pepper; form into medium meatballs.
- Bake meatballs for 20–25 minutes until cooked through.
- Heat marinara sauce in a large pan and toss in cooked spaghetti.
- Place meatballs on top and spoon sauce over each.
- Add a mozzarella pearl and olive slice on each meatball to create ‘eyeballs.’
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm for a spooky twist on pasta night!

- For a vegetarian option, substitute meatballs with plant-based alternatives.
- Adjust the amount of garlic powder according to taste.
