Description
Golden seared chicken fillets smothered in a rich, spicy garlic-Parmesan cream sauce — pure comfort on a plate!
Ingredients
Scale
- 4 chicken fillets (or thin chicken breasts)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp butter
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season chicken fillets with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear chicken 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
- Pour in heavy cream and stir in Parmesan cheese; simmer until slightly thickened.
- Add crushed red pepper flakes for spice and return chicken to the pan, coating it well in sauce.
- Simmer 3–5 minutes until sauce clings beautifully to the chicken.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with fries or pasta for a decadent meal.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of crushed red pepper flakes to control the spice level.
- For a lighter version, substitute heavy cream with half-and-half.
- This dish pairs well with a side of vegetables or a fresh salad.
