Description

Golden seared chicken fillets smothered in a rich, spicy garlic-Parmesan cream sauce — pure comfort on a plate!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 chicken fillets (or thin chicken breasts)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season chicken fillets with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear chicken 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
  4. Pour in heavy cream and stir in Parmesan cheese; simmer until slightly thickened.
  5. Add crushed red pepper flakes for spice and return chicken to the pan, coating it well in sauce.
  6. Simmer 3–5 minutes until sauce clings beautifully to the chicken.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with fries or pasta for a decadent meal.

Notes

  • Adjust the amount of crushed red pepper flakes to control the spice level.
  • For a lighter version, substitute heavy cream with half-and-half.
