- 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 1/2 cup Vegetable broth or water
- 1 teaspoon Red chili flakes
- 2 Scallions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Toasted sesame seeds
Instructions
- Cook edamame according to package directions; drain well.
- Heat neutral oil in a wide skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and chili flakes; sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in gochujang, brown sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, and broth.
- Simmer briefly until the sauce thickens into a glossy glaze.
- Add edamame and toss until evenly coated and caramelized.
- Finish with scallions and sesame seeds; serve hot.

- Adjust the amount of gochujang for desired spice level.
- Can substitute fresh edamame if available.
