Description

Ultra-creamy aioli with smoky chipotle heat, fresh garlic, and bright lime—perfect for dipping or drizzling.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 cup Avocado oil
  • 23 Chipotle peppers in adobo
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh lime juice
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sea salt

Instructions

  1. Add egg, garlic, Dijon, lime juice, salt, and chipotle to a tall jar or bowl.
  2. Pour avocado oil over the top without stirring.
  3. Blend with an immersion blender, starting at the bottom, until thick and emulsified.
  4. Slowly lift the blender to fully combine.
  5. Stir in smoked paprika and adjust salt or lime to taste.
  6. Chill briefly to let flavors meld.

Notes

  • Adjust the amount of chipotle based on your heat preference.
  • For a thicker aioli, use less oil.
