- 6 small flour tortillas
- 6 slices cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- ¼ cup diced onions
- Dill pickle slices
- ¼ cup burger sauce (ketchup, mayo, mustard mix)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp butter or oil for cooking
Instructions
- Heat a skillet or griddle over medium-high heat.
- Roll ground beef into 6 equal balls and place one on each tortilla.
- Press (smash) beef into the tortilla using a spatula until thin and even; season with salt and pepper.
- Cook tortilla-side down for 1–2 minutes, flip, and cook beef side for another 2–3 minutes until crispy.
- Add a slice of cheddar on top to melt.
- Remove from the pan and top with lettuce, diced onion, pickles, and burger sauce.
- Serve immediately — crispy edges, gooey cheese, total smash taco perfection.
