Tender slow-cooked chicken in a rich, velvety Alfredo sauce tossed with soft ribbons of fettuccine.
Ingredients

- 2 lbs Chicken breasts
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 8 oz Cream cheese
- 12 oz Fettuccine pasta
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 cup Chicken broth
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Add chicken, broth, butter, garlic, salt, and pepper to the slow cooker.
- Cook on LOW for 5–6 hours until chicken is tender.
- Remove chicken, shred it, and return it to the pot.
- Add cream cheese, heavy cream, and parmesan; stir until melted and smooth.
- Boil fettuccine separately to al dente.
- Toss pasta into the slow cooker sauce until fully coated.
- Garnish with parsley and extra parmesan.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use freshly grated parmesan cheese.
- Adjust the seasoning according to your taste.
- Feel free to add vegetables like spinach or broccoli for added nutrition.
