Description

Tender slow-cooked chicken in a rich, velvety Alfredo sauce tossed with soft ribbons of fettuccine.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 lbs Chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 8 oz Cream cheese
  • 12 oz Fettuccine pasta
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Add chicken, broth, butter, garlic, salt, and pepper to the slow cooker.
  2. Cook on LOW for 5–6 hours until chicken is tender.
  3. Remove chicken, shred it, and return it to the pot.
  4. Add cream cheese, heavy cream, and parmesan; stir until melted and smooth.
  5. Boil fettuccine separately to al dente.
  6. Toss pasta into the slow cooker sauce until fully coated.
  7. Garnish with parsley and extra parmesan.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use freshly grated parmesan cheese.
  • Adjust the seasoning according to your taste.
  • Feel free to add vegetables like spinach or broccoli for added nutrition.
