Silky No-Bake Mini Banana Cream Pie Cups are a delightful treat featuring creamy vanilla custard layered over a buttery crumb crust, topped with fresh banana slices and whipped cream.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Fresh bananas, sliced
  • Crushed vanilla wafers (optional topping)

Instructions

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until sandy; press firmly into lined muffin tins or mini cups. Chill for 20 minutes to set.
  2. Whisk vanilla pudding mix with cold milk until thick and smooth.
  3. Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla to stiff peaks.
  4. Fold half of the whipped cream into the pudding for a lighter filling.
  5. Spoon pudding mixture over chilled crusts and smooth the tops.
  6. Chill for at least 3 hours until fully set.
  7. Pipe remaining whipped cream on top and garnish with fresh banana slices and crushed vanilla wafers just before serving.
