Instructions
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and pinch of salt until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip cold heavy cream to soft peaks.
- Gently fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until light and airy.
- Fold in dulce de leche, leaving visible swirls for a marbled look.
- Spoon mousse into serving glasses, layering with extra dulce de leche between layers.
- Chill at least 1 hour to set and enhance flavor.
- Top with a drizzle of caramel before serving.
