Ingredients

  • Chicken breast
  • Bacon
  • Eggs

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti in well-salted water until al dente; reserve 1 cup pasta water.

  5. Add drained pasta to the pan with bacon; toss off heat.
  6. Quickly stir in egg mixture, adding pasta water as needed to create a silky sauce.
  7. Fold in sliced chicken, adjust seasoning, and serve immediately with extra Parmesan.
