Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice tops off bagels and scoop out centers.
- Arrange bagels on a baking sheet; lightly brush with butter or oil.
- Whisk eggs with cream, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Stir in cheese, bacon, and green onions.
- Spoon egg mixture evenly into bagel cavities.
- Bake 22–28 minutes until eggs are set and tops are lightly golden.
- Cool slightly and serve warm.
