Ingredients

- 1 lb beef sirloin tips, cubed
- 8 oz egg noodles, cooked
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a skillet, melt butter and brown beef tips on all sides; remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, add onions and sauté until soft and caramelized.
- Sprinkle flour over onions, stir to create a roux, and slowly whisk in beef broth.
- Add Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; simmer until thickened.
- Return beef to pan and simmer for 15–20 minutes until tender.
- Toss cooked egg noodles in butter and top with the beef and gravy mixture.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use homemade beef broth.
- Adjust seasoning according to taste.
- Can substitute egg noodles with other pasta types if desired.
