Description

Tender beef simmered in rich onion gravy and tossed with silky noodles for the perfect comfort bowl.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef sirloin tips, cubed
  • 8 oz egg noodles, cooked
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, melt butter and brown beef tips on all sides; remove and set aside.
  2. In the same pan, add onions and sauté until soft and caramelized.
  3. Sprinkle flour over onions, stir to create a roux, and slowly whisk in beef broth.
  4. Add Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; simmer until thickened.
  5. Return beef to pan and simmer for 15–20 minutes until tender.
  6. Toss cooked egg noodles in butter and top with the beef and gravy mixture.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use homemade beef broth.
  • Adjust seasoning according to taste.
