Instructions
- Whisk together flour, cocoa powder, and salt; set aside.

- Mix in buttermilk, red food coloring, and vinegar until well combined.
- Gradually combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth; divide batter into prepared cake pans.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 25–30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely.
- For the frosting, beat cream cheese, butter, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar until silky and smooth.
- Layer the cooled cake rounds with frosting between each tier.
- Pour a red glaze over the top, garnish with Oreos, and chill slightly before serving.
