Ingredients

  • Fresh raspberries (1 cup)
  • Unsalted butter (1 cup, softened)
  • All-purpose flour (2 cups)
  • Sugar (¾ cup)
  • Vanilla extract (1½ tsp)
  • Salt (¼ tsp)
  • White chocolate (½ cup, melted for drizzle)
  • Powdered sugar (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy, then add vanilla.
  3. Mix in flour and salt to form a soft dough.
  4. Spread dough evenly into the pan; swirl raspberry purée or dollops of jam over the top.
  5. Bake 25–30 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
