Ingredients
- Fresh raspberries (1 cup)
- Unsalted butter (1 cup, softened)
- All-purpose flour (2 cups)
- Sugar (¾ cup)
- Vanilla extract (1½ tsp)
- Salt (¼ tsp)
- White chocolate (½ cup, melted for drizzle)
- Powdered sugar (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
- Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy, then add vanilla.
- Mix in flour and salt to form a soft dough.
- Spread dough evenly into the pan; swirl raspberry purée or dollops of jam over the top.
- Bake 25–30 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
- Cool completely, then drizzle melted white chocolate over bars.
- Cut into squares and top each with a fresh raspberry.
