Ingredients

- Garlic
- Eggs
- Green peas
- Carrots, diced
- Green onions, sliced

- Salt & black pepper
- Optional: chili flakes or white pepper
Instructions
- Heat oil in a hot skillet; cook shrimp quickly until pink, then remove.
- Add a bit more oil and scramble eggs until just set; push aside.
- Sauté garlic, carrots, and peas until tender.
- Add rice and spread into an even layer; let crisp slightly.
- Drizzle soy sauce and sesame oil; toss well.
- Return shrimp and green onions; stir to combine.
- Season to taste and serve hot.
