Ingredients

  • 8 oz Penne pasta
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook penne until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. Season chicken strips with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, then sauté in butter until golden and cooked through.
  3. Add garlic to the skillet and cook 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and simmer gently.
  5. Stir in Parmesan until melted and the sauce becomes creamy.
  6. Add the cooked pasta and toss to coat everything evenly.
  7. Top with extra Parmesan and parsley; serve hot.
