Description

A cool, creamy, zesty sauce bursting with fresh cilantro, garlic, and citrus—perfect for dipping or drizzling.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup Fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Sour cream
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon Fine sea salt

Instructions

  1. Add cilantro and garlic to a blender or food processor.
  2. Spoon in mayonnaise and sour cream.
  3. Add Dijon mustard and fresh lime juice.
  4. Sprinkle in smoked paprika and sea salt.
