Ingredients

- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup Sour cream
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons Fresh lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon Smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon Fine sea salt
Instructions
- Add cilantro and garlic to a blender or food processor.
- Spoon in mayonnaise and sour cream.
- Add Dijon mustard and fresh lime juice.
- Sprinkle in smoked paprika and sea salt.
- Blend until completely smooth and pale green.
- Taste and adjust salt or lime if needed.
