- ½ cup pistachios, finely ground
- ½ cup white chocolate, melted
- 2 large eggs
- ¼ cup butter, melted
- ¼ cup sugar
- ¼ cup flour
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Powdered sugar and chopped pistachios for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and butter 4 ramekins generously.
- In a bowl, whisk melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
- Stir in melted white chocolate, ground pistachios, flour, and salt; mix until combined.
- Pour batter halfway into each ramekin, spoon a small dollop of pistachio cream or paste in the center, then cover with more batter.
- Bake for 12–14 minutes until edges are set but centers remain soft.
- Let rest for 2 minutes, then gently invert onto plates.
- Dust with powdered sugar and top with chopped pistachios.
