Ingredients

  • ½ cup white chocolate, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¼ cup butter, melted
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Powdered sugar and chopped pistachios for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and butter 4 ramekins generously.
  2. In a bowl, whisk melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Stir in melted white chocolate, ground pistachios, flour, and salt; mix until combined.
  4. Pour batter halfway into each ramekin, spoon a small dollop of pistachio cream or paste in the center, then cover with more batter.
  5. Bake for 12–14 minutes until edges are set but centers remain soft.
  6. Let rest for 2 minutes, then gently invert onto plates.
