Ingredients

  • 100g Unsalted butter
  • 150g Pistachio cream spread
  • 12 Ferrero Rocher chocolates
  • 200g Granulated sugar
  • 3 Eggs
  • 100g All-purpose flour
  • 50g Cocoa powder
  • 50g Crushed pistachios
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Instructions

  1. Melt dark chocolate and butter together until smooth; let cool slightly.
  2. Whisk sugar and eggs until glossy, then stir in vanilla.
  3. Fold in melted chocolate mixture until combined.
  4. Sift in flour, cocoa powder, and salt; gently mix to a thick batter.
