Instructions
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Chill mixture until firm.
- Scoop small balls of cheesecake and freeze for 20–30 minutes.
- Roll each bite in flour, dip in egg, then coat with graham crumbs mixed with crushed pistachios.
- Heat oil to 350°F and fry bites for 1–2 minutes until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
- Drizzle with warm honey and top with extra pistachios and cranberries.
- Serve immediately for a crispy outside and creamy center.
