- 16 oz Cream cheese
- 2 cups Fresh or canned peaches
- 1 1/2 cups Graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup Butter (melted)
- 1 cup Sugar
- 3 Eggs
- 1 cup Sour cream
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 cup Flour (for crumble topping)
- 1/2 cup Brown sugar (for crumble topping)
- Caramel sauce (for drizzle)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Combine graham crumbs, sugar, and melted butter; press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, and sour cream until smooth, then add eggs one at a time.
- Pour mixture over crust and bake for 55–60 minutes until just set. Cool completely.
- In a skillet, sauté peaches with brown sugar and cinnamon until syrupy. Let cool slightly.
- Make crumble by mixing flour, melted butter, and brown sugar; bake until golden.
- Top cooled cheesecake with peaches, then sprinkle with crumble.
- Drizzle caramel over the top and chill before serving for a luscious, cobbler-inspired finish.
Notes
- For best results, use ripe peaches if using fresh.
- Chilling the cheesecake for several hours enhances the flavors.
- Can substitute canned peaches if fresh are not available.
