Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (cut into pieces)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups frozen mixed veggies (peas, carrots, corn)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Optional: fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, mixed veggies, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and seasonings.
- Stir in half the cheddar cheese.
- Cut biscuit dough into small pieces and gently fold them into the mixture.
- Transfer everything into a greased casserole dish and spread evenly.
- Top with remaining cheese and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30–35 minutes until biscuits are puffed and golden.
- Let rest for 5 minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.
Notes
- For a healthier option, use low-fat biscuit dough and cream of chicken soup.
- Feel free to add your favorite vegetables or spices to customize the flavor.
