Description

A cozy, creamy chicken casserole topped with golden “bubble-up” biscuit bites.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (cut into pieces)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups frozen mixed veggies (peas, carrots, corn)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Optional: fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, mixed veggies, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and seasonings.
  2. Stir in half the cheddar cheese.
  3. Cut biscuit dough into small pieces and gently fold them into the mixture.
  4. Transfer everything into a greased casserole dish and spread evenly.
  5. Top with remaining cheese and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30–35 minutes until biscuits are puffed and golden.
  6. Let rest for 5 minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.

Notes

  • For a healthier option, use low-fat biscuit dough and cream of chicken soup.
