- 2 cups Milk or heavy cream
- 2 cups Beef broth
- Salt + pepper to taste
- Parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Brown ground beef in a pot with garlic (and onion if using); drain excess fat.
- Add dry pasta, ranch seasoning, and beef broth; stir.
- Pour in milk or cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Cook uncovered, stirring occasionally, until pasta softens and sauce thickens.
- Stir in shredded cheddar until melty and creamy.
- Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

- For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes.
- Can substitute ground turkey for a leaner option.
