Ingredients

  • 8 oz Pasta (rigatoni or similar)
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 packet Ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 Onion, chopped (optional)
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 cups Milk or heavy cream
  • 2 cups Beef broth
  • Salt + pepper to taste
  • Parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef in a pot with garlic (and onion if using); drain excess fat.
  2. Add dry pasta, ranch seasoning, and beef broth; stir.
  3. Pour in milk or cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  4. Cook uncovered, stirring occasionally, until pasta softens and sauce thickens.
  5. Stir in shredded cheddar until melty and creamy.
  6. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

  • For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes.
