Description

One-Pan Tuscan Salmon with Parmesan Cream Sauce delights with flaky salmon bathed in a rich, garlicky Parmesan cream with sun-dried tomatoes—restaurant comfort made easy.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 Salmon fillets
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup Sun-dried tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 cup Chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 cups Baby spinach or green beans
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • Lemon slices (optional)
  • Fresh parsley or basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season salmon with salt and pepper; sear in olive oil until golden, then remove.
  2. In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add sun-dried tomatoes and Italian seasoning; stir briefly.
  4. Pour in broth and cream; simmer until slightly thickened.
  5. Stir in Parmesan until smooth and velvety.
  6. Add spinach or green beans to wilt.
  7. Return salmon to the pan, spoon sauce over, and simmer until cooked through.

Notes

  • For a lighter version, use half-and-half instead of heavy cream.
  • Feel free to substitute the spinach with other greens like kale or arugula.
  • Serve with lemon slices for added freshness.
