Ingredients

  • Feta cheese
  • Green olives (pitted)
  • Cream cheese
  • Extra-virgin olive oil
  • Kalamata olives
  • Garlic (minced)
  • Lemon juice
  • Fresh herbs (parsley or oregano)
  • Red pepper flakes
  • Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Let feta and cream cheese come to room temperature for easy blending.
  2. In a food processor, add feta, cream cheese, garlic, and lemon juice.
  3. Pulse until creamy but slightly textured.
  4. Add chopped green and Kalamata olives; pulse briefly to keep small chunks.
  5. Drizzle in olive oil and blend until smooth and fluffy.
  6. Stir in herbs, red pepper flakes, and black pepper.
  7. Chill for 20 minutes, then finish with olive oil and whole olives on top.
