Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chopped hazelnuts

Instructions

  1. Sift almond flour, powdered sugar, and cocoa powder until very fine.
  2. Whip egg whites to soft peaks, gradually adding granulated sugar until glossy stiff peaks form.
  3. Gently fold dry ingredients into meringue until batter flows like lava.
  4. Pipe equal rounds onto parchment-lined trays; tap to release air bubbles.
  5. Rest shells 30–45 minutes until tops are dry to the touch.
  6. Bake 15–18 minutes; cool completely before filling.
  7. Fill with Nutella buttercream, sandwich shells, drizzle with chocolate, and sprinkle hazelnuts.
