Ingredients

- White chocolate (12 oz, melted, divided)
- Graham cracker crumbs (1 cup)
- Powdered sugar (¼ cup)

- Vanilla extract (1 tsp)
- Pinch of salt
- Caramel sauce (for drizzle)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, pumpkin puree, powdered sugar, pumpkin spice, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
- Stir in graham cracker crumbs until the mixture is thick and scoopable.
- Roll into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined tray; chill for 30 minutes.
- Melt white chocolate and dip each ball, coating completely. Place back on tray.
