Ingredients

  • 24 Oreo cookies
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tsp peppermint extract
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter (melted)
  • 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candy or candy canes
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Whipped cream (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Crush Oreos finely and mix with melted butter; press firmly into a springform pan to form the crust.
  2. Beat cream cheese until smooth, then mix in powdered sugar, vanilla, and peppermint extract.
  3. Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks and gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.
