Ingredients

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup white chocolate melting wafers
  • 1820 whole cherries with stems
  • 1/2 cup crushed peppermint or candy cane pieces
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
  2. Roll the mixture into small truffle balls and chill for 15 minutes.
  3. Melt white chocolate until glossy.
  4. Dip each truffle into the melted white chocolate and place on parchment.
  5. While wet, add a whole cherry on top so it sticks.
  6. Drizzle with extra red-tinted white chocolate if desired.
  7. Sprinkle crushed peppermint over each cherry bomb and chill to set.
