- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup white chocolate melting wafers
- 18–20 whole cherries with stems
- 1/2 cup crushed peppermint or candy cane pieces
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
- Roll the mixture into small truffle balls and chill for 15 minutes.
- Melt white chocolate until glossy.
- Dip each truffle into the melted white chocolate and place on parchment.
- While wet, add a whole cherry on top so it sticks.
- Drizzle with extra red-tinted white chocolate if desired.
- Sprinkle crushed peppermint over each cherry bomb and chill to set.
